Purpose+Flow 

Windy launched Purpose+Flow (healthcare marketing designed for therapists) in January 2022 as a passion project that she developed over the past five years. 

She is also the senior business development director for two UHS mental health and substance use hospitals in Central Florida.

She is a licensed mental health therapist with a background in graphic design.  

In 2022, she was named amongst her peers across the county as a Legacy in Leadership recipient. 

Windy is inspired by making small positive impacts in her day-to-day life through kindness and whole-heartedly believes in the power of finding one’s purpose and flow. 

She feels fortunate to blend her knowledge of business and creativity while helping others to create and grow their therapy practices.
